Thorough discussion and examination of new or existing problem.
1. Joint or muscle pain: Dr. Decker will likely encourage you to obtain an x-ray at OPI (Outpatient Imaging) prior to your visit so that it can be reviewed at your visit.
2. Sports concussion: Will need to bring initial SCAT paperwork complete by your ATC
$258/visit (approximately 75 minutes in duration)
Pre-participation Sports Physical
Appropriate paperwork will be emailed to patient prior to appointment.
Must be complete prior to appointment.
$52/ each 30 minutes (ok to book longer)
Injection Visit
Corticosteroid injection or fluid drained
