Doc On Deck started in 2025 as a Direct Speciality Care Clinic, providing non-operative orthopedics & sports medicine services.

In response to growing community demand, Dr. Decker introduced Direct Primary Care services in 2026, designed to make quality healthcare more personal, convenient, and connected for patients of ALL AGES!

She is focused on getting back to the heart of medicine; the relationship between a physician and patient.
